Jumbeaux is bringing Southern-style cuisine to the North.
We are a southern kitchen inspired by the cooking from south Louisiana. It’s authentic southern cooking and includes all the favorite classic cajun creole dishes. The owner and chefs were born and raised in Louisiana, learning the tradition of southern home cooking with recipes passed down from generation to generation.
The idea behind Jumbeaux is to bring southern and cajun cooking to the Lansing area with hopes that the people here can enjoy some of the best recipes from years and years of inspired cooking -- cooking in which we take great pride in.
